Find your dates for the duration of your stay on the availability calendar. In order to book the accommodation, please use the form on the website. Our team service will reply to you via e-mail about the availability within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends and holidays). In case of availability we will inform you by e-mail how to proceed with the reservation process and how to make payment.

Payment terms for rentals:

1. A 30% payment is required upon reservation of the villa and is non-refundable. The payment should be made via bank transfer to the specified bank account.
2.  The remaining 70% of the total rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment should be made via bank transfer to the same bank account.
3. Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit of €1,500 is required to cover any potential damages during the stay. The security deposit can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damages are found.
4. All payments, including the security deposit, are to be made through bank transfer to the following Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. account: HR13 2402 0063 2904 2554 9
   
   

CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation of the payment on your e-mail address. You can use this confirmation as a voucher.

To cancel, please email us at info@villakarasevda.com

If you fail to turn up for the event without prior notice, you will not receive any refund and any accommodation you have booked will no longer be available the day after your scheduled arrival date.
