Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us in writing at info@villakarasevda.com and explain the reasons for the cancellation. The cancellation is effective on the day we receive your written notice.

Booking requests that have not yet been confirmed can also be cancelled at any time in My booking, free of charge.

The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.
