Payment Terms

Choose your dates in the availability calendar and send a booking request using the form on the website. Your dates are held for 48 hours while we review the request. We reply by e-mail within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends and holidays) with a confirmation of availability and instructions for payment. Dates without a published price are marked “price on request”; in that case we send you the price by e-mail before you pay anything. Bookings made by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone follow the same terms and are confirmed by e-mail.

Payment terms for rentals:

1. A 30% payment is required upon reservation of the villa and is non-refundable. The payment can be made by bank transfer or by card using a secure payment link that we send you.
2.  The remaining 70% of the total rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card using a payment link.
3. Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit of €1,500 is required to cover any potential damages during the stay. The security deposit can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damages are found.
4. Bank transfers, including the security deposit, are to be made to the following Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. account: HR13 2402 0063 2904 2554 9
   
   

CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation of the payment on your e-mail address. You can use this confirmation as a voucher. You can also view your booking and payments at any time in My booking (villakarasevda.com/my-booking).

CANCELLATION 

To cancel, please email us at info@villakarasevda.com

If you fail to turn up for the event without prior notice, you will not receive any refund and any accommodation you have booked will no longer be available the day after your scheduled arrival date.

Tourist tax, VAT and bank account. All prices include the Croatian tourist tax (boravišna pristojba). VAT is not charged: the host is a private renter (natural person) taxed on a flat-rate basis under Croatian law. Bank transfers for the deposit and the security deposit are made to the host's account at Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Croatia; the account details are in your confirmation email.
